After several years in United States Army, Harold Bennigan saw a need for a qualified private investigation service in New York. Through public service in New York, he noticed there was a large void in the private investigation area. Due to an increase in criminal activity, law enforcement officers no longer had the time to serve in the area of civil investigations, insurance fraud, accident reconstruction, workman compensation claims and court process service. Individually these issues may not appear to be such a big deal however; when you add in the fact insurance companies have increased their rates across the board due to the increasing number of fraudulent claims, society starts to feel the impact on every level and in every walk of life.
